Scope and Validity
The Bruun agency provides online and social media marketing services, in particular on Facebook, Instagram, Google AdWords, YouTube, Pinterest and Linkedin.
The Bruun agency provides advice on the above-mentioned offers as well as coaching.
The general terms and conditions apply to all services of the Bruun agency and are valid from January 2020. Customers who use a service of the Bruun agency accept the general terms and conditions. Deviations from the General Terms and Conditions are agreed in writing between the Bruun agency and the customer concerned.
Scheduling appointments / keeping appointments
You can book an appointment with us via the contact form, orally or in writing. Booked appointments are binding. If you are unable to attend, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Offer / booking of our services
After a free initial consultation, we will provide you with a cost estimate, which you must confirm in writing. The cost estimate is based on experience and on the basis of the preliminary discussion. Telephone calls and a higher scope of services than discussed are not included. If we see that the cost estimate is exceeded by more than 10%, we will inform you by email and fix the further procedure in writing.
Subject of the contract, scope of services
We offer you services in the field of web design, social media marketing, Google marketing as well as coaching and consulting in these areas.
A consultation will determine whether your website will be created using an existing tool or a CMS. This creates additional contractual partners for you. The Bruun agency rejects all liability for these.
Since our work is a service, we cannot assume any liability if you are not successful. This depends on various points that we cannot influence and the offers of third parties.
When the website is being edited, it may be unavailable for a period of time. Maintenance work can also be carried out by external contractual partners. We assume no liability for any orders you miss during this period.
deadlines
The Bruun agency endeavors to adhere to the time specified in the cost estimate. However, delays may occur if the list is not exhaustive:

Delivery from customer arrives late. (pictures, texts)

System error with other contractual partners.

Illness and accident among employees of the Bruun agency.
The Bruun agency will inform customers if delays occur or are foreseeable.
Guarantee and Liability
The Bruun agency assumes no liability for other contractual partners.
With the terms and conditions of the agency Bruun, the customer accepts that he has been informed about the GDPR, has understood it and bears the full risk.
The Bruun agency assumes no liability whatsoever for the content of the websites created and edited.
After completion of the work (maintenance and new creation of the homepage), the customer is obliged to report all defects in writing to the agency Bruun within 30 days.
costs and payment
The cost estimate is based on benchmarks and experience. The Bruun agency will inform you in good time if the costs are exceeded by more than 10%.
The hourly rate from the Bruun agency is 140 CHF.
An initial consultation is free. Each additional telephone call is noted and billed.
A deposit of 50% of the cost estimate is owed to the Bruun agency before the start of the work. The remaining payment is due within 30 days of the completion of the work by Agency Bruun.
In the event of a delay in payment, the following reminder fees apply:

Reminder: 10 days after default of payment: 20 CHF

Reminder: 30 days after default of payment: 50 CHF
If the invoice is not paid after 50 days, a debt enforcement process will be initiated.

In the event of a conflict between the Bruun agency and a customer, the first step is to go through a mediation office. Only in the second step should a lawyer be involved.
